Castlery is looking for a **Campaigns & User Operations** Senior Specialist** to join our Marketing Team.

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing Castlery's marketing campaigns effectiveness, that ultimately drives improved customer shopping experience and incremental sales.

**What you'll be doing**:
**Campaign Strategy & Execution**
- Build and maintain a market-specific campaign calendar.
- Drive campaign development through consumer and market insights.
- Innovate end-to-end campaign mechanics to drive engagement and conversions.
- Develop full-funnel campaign touchpoints—from media ads to onsite assets and CRM integration.

**Onsite Experience & Content Management**
- Support onsite marketing calendar and content strategy.
- Set up, manage, and optimize all onsite marketing touchpoints (e.g. banners, landing pages, product rankings, recommendations).
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of website content with merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct competitive research to identify improvements and best practices.

**CRM & Customer Engagement**
- Set up, manage, and optimize newsletters and CRM campaigns.
- Enhance customer trust through reviews and user-generated content.
- Lead or support UK-based CRM and onsite initiatives.

**What you'll need**:

- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce campaigns or digital marketing.
- Experience in campaign or project management.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Skilled at managing tight deadlines, adapting to shifting priorities, and balancing immediate goals with long-term strategies.
- A customer-centric approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Onsite operations, Merchandising, or CRM.
- Experience with regional/global markets, especially the UK is preferred.
