- You’re confident in **identifying opportunities, developing tailored proposals, and closing deals.**

- You excel in **building lasting client relationships**and driving repeat business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**:Proactively **identify and secure new business opportunities**within corporate events, team-building, and marketing sectors.
- **Proposal Development**:Collaborate with internal teams to develop **customized event proposals**tailored to client needs.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Foster **long-term relationships**with clients to drive satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- **Sales Strategy**:Implement **effective sales strategies**to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
- **Market Research**:Stay updated on **industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.**
- **Networking**:Attend **networking events and industry trade shows**to build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- **Pipeline Management**:Maintain a **clear and organized sales pipeline**to track opportunities and client interactions.
**Requirements**:
- **3+ years of experience**in a **business development role within a corporate events or team-building agency.**
- **Proven ability to close sales deals**and achieve revenue targets.
- **Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.**
- **Experience in creating and pitching tailored event proposals.**
- **Familiarity with the Singapore corporate events landscape.**
- **Ability to work independently**while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Established **network of corporate decision-makers**(e.g., HR professionals, marketing teams).
- Experience in **regional or multi-industry events projects.**
- Proficiency in **CRM tools**and sales tracking systems.
