**Key Responsibilities**:

- The Parxl Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product backlog and prioritization of user stories
- As we are using the Scrum framework, you will attend and lead some sprint ceremonies
- Playing a key role in communicating functional requirements to our development team and balance feature development with the technical backlog
- Developing user stories and gathering requirements from stakeholders
- Liaise with the product team and end-user to deliver updates
- Ability to discern what features to build first and which will solve customer pain-points
- Confidently take on API integrations and ability to manage a project timeline until launch
- Measure your success - you will need to be familiar with OKRs and how this translate to knowing you are building the right product for our customers
- Conduct product demo for stakeholders

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university

2. Prior experience in E-Commerce / Logistics industry/ High-growth Start-up. Prior experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager

3. Passion for making the complex simpler, by breaking them down to smaller actionable items

4. Excellent communication skills and ability to present your case clearly to stakeholders

5. Ability to handle ambiguous requirement and being adaptable to change

6. Customer focused mindset and always raising the bar as we want to excite our customers beyond the status quo

7. Scrum Product Owner certification would be a plus

8. Some prior UX experience where you have delivered great products would be a plus
