We're Hiring: Salesforce Product OwnerWe are seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to lead the execution and delivery of digital products within a cross-functional Agile squad. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will collaborate with designers, Tech Product Owners, and engineering teams to translate strategic roadmaps into actionable and impactful product backlogs. This role requires strong Salesforce implementation experience, exceptional execution skills, and the ability to drive high-quality digital experiences. Location: Singapore, Singapore Work Mode: Work From Office Role: Salesforce Product Owner What You'll Do: Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic roadmaps. Partner closely with designers and Tech Product Owners to define and refine product features, ensuring clarity and feasibility. Collaborate with engineering teams to support smooth planning, development, and delivery of product increments. Gather, interpret, and analyze customer and usage insights to guide product decisions and continuous improvement. Serve as the primary point of contact for squad-level delivery, ensuring alignment with the broader product vision and organizational priorities. Validate completed work against acceptance criteria, ensuring that outcomes meet expected quality and business value. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably within Agile squads or cross-functional digital product teams. Background in Salesforce implementation engagements, with working knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Strong ability to translate product vision into detailed and actionable user stories and backlog items. Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders. Data-driven mindset, using insights, metrics, and customer research to guide decisions and improvements. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, balancing user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints. Nice-to-Have: Experience delivering enterprise-scale or multi-market digital products. Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and structured customer research methodologies. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or Product Owner/Manager) are advantageous.
