Reporting to the General Manager of Pelican Ship Management Services, you shall be responsible for:

- Actively sourcing for competitive quotes for vessel stores, equipment and spares.
- Maintaining proper documentation and approval processes in accordance with company policy.
- Shipment monitoring and logistics support.
- Liaising with interco ship owners to fulfil their requisition requirements.
- Update purchasing weekly report.
- Liaising with interco shipyards to receive goods.

**Basic Requirements**
- Relevant Diploma or Degree.
- Honesty, integrity and maturity, above all else.
- Able to communicate professionally with people from different backgrounds.
- A team player who possesses initiative and multi-tasking abilities.
- Direct hands-on experience in the offshore and marine industry would be an advantage.
- Proficient in relevant Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel and Word.

**Others**
- 5.5 days work week
- Two-way company transport provided to and from Boon Lay / Lakeside
