Job Title: Senior Associate, Manpower Planning & Management
Location: One North

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to align with business objectives and goals
- Analyze current and future workforce needs based on business projections and growth plans
- Conduct regular assessments of workforce capabilities and identify skills gaps
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to determine staffing requirements and recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain manpower planning models and tools to support decision-making
- Monitor and evaluate workforce trends and recommend adjustments as needed
- Provide guidance and support to managers on workforce planning best practices
- Lead and manage manpower planning projects and initiatives
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in manpower planning and management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manpower planning, workforce planning or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in workforce planning software and tools
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Project management experience is a plus
