[What the role is]

[LTA-HR] SENIOR/MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (WORKFORCE PLANNING)

[What you will be working on]

In this role, you will:

- Partner with LTA Groups (or equivalent) to forecast manpower needs aligned with their evolving priorities and business plans, including deep dives in key functional and emerging areas
- Collaborate with LTA Groups to put up manpower proposals for new growth areas, ensuring objective evaluations, considering downstream impacts, and advocating for right-sized proposals
- Maintain long-term manpower forecasts and provide regular updates to senior management and MOT
- Analyze workforce demand and supply, implementing solutions to bridge capacity and competency gaps, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed
- Develop and implement processes to identify evolving and new work areas, translating these insights into implications to resourcing and capability building
- Develop and coordinate LTA’s overseas engagement plans with LTA Groups to explore new technologies/develop capabilities
- Establish mechanisms to monitor and track effectiveness and review such engagement strategies

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualifications in any discipline, preferably with experience in HR or corporate strategy/planning
- 5 - 10 years of relevant working experience
- Systems thinking and knowledge of organisational design. Able to think strategically across systems and complex issues, to align and streamline issues into actionable processes
- Self-motivated, resourceful, able to handle multiple projects at the same time and work under pressure
- Proficient in data analysis; able to think logically and critically
- Excellent communication, presentation and visualisation skills; able to meaningfully engage diverse stakeholders, effectively present ideas and data
