Perform the full spectrum of accounts payable functions by working closely with Business Units at HQ shared service centre.

**Key Tasks
**Accounts Payable**
- Manage daily operations of Accounts Payable functions
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Review vendors’ SOA reconciliation and payment proposal
- Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation.
- Review and process payment from Operations and ensure all payments are booked with invoice.
- Ensure timely and accurate AP month-end closing
- Challenge and improve existing work processes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with expense policy and statutory regulations
- Maintain vendor files
- Maintain historical records by filing documents
- Manage petty cash request by operations
- Review and process staff claims according to policy
- Support IT-related and Finance automation projects
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned

**Experience & Education**
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 3 year of Accounts Payable experience
- Familiar with SAP and e-banking platforms will be advantageous
- Experience working with Financial shared service centre will be advantageous
- Excellent team player
