Admin Assistant, Customer Support

As a member of the Micron Global Account, the Admin Assistant is responsible for coordinating with Service Manager of tracking service call assignment, facilitate spare part and CKM kit ordering and tracking. In additional he or she will also monitor both service team member and loan labor schedule and movement. The Service Admin also requires to provide essential reports for daily operation.
This position is an individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing service team daily operations, which includes part ordering and tracking, service call monitoring and permit to work tracking; monitor and update service team member schedule and movement;
- Collaborate with regional spare planner and CSR for part transaction and delivery/collection between local warehouse and customer location;
- Ensure service team members are well informed of rules and protocols following our account team’s overall objectives and strategies;
- Provide periodically reports to drive operational critical decisions.
- Coordinate and follow-up with internal stakeholders in cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
- Identify opportunities to improve current process at any time to increase process effectiveness and efficiency.
Education & Experience:
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint. Advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities is a plus.
- Familiar with SAP system.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently with some guidance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
