**Responsibilities**
- Provide support and assist customer service team on Insurance related queries
- Verification of documents and processing of claims
- Collate, verify, and process refunds (if any)
- Provide support in preparing monthly sales / reconciliation reports
- Perform any assigned ad-hoc admin duties to support insurance business

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma with 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field is preferred
- Meticulous, organized and motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve
- Possess good communication skills and customer oriented
- Comfortable to work in fast paced environment
- Office hours and comfortable working in Airport vicinity
- To handle Chinese speaking customers, knowledge of Mandarin is essential
- Possessing the following certifications will be prioritized.
- Basic Insurance Concepts and Principles (BCP)
- Personal General Insurance (PGI)
- Commercial General Insurance (ComGl)
