Reporting to the Team Leader, Customer Service, the Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing the order to cash process, building an effective customer relationship management and ensuring a strong collaboration with customers, 3PL, internal stake holders (Commercial / Finance / Marketing / Global Supply Chain) and UK supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and smooth operation.
- Execute Customer Order Management for APAC customers.
- Execute and manage order to cash (invoicing) transactions accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate and provide support to customers with 3PL and internal stakeholders (commercial / finance / marketing / global supply).
- Co-ordinate with business partners and customers to ensure on-time full delivery.
- Ensure smooth month-end financial reconciliation process on inventory and sales activity by the 1st working day of each month.
- Support cost reduction and/or process improvement initiatives.

**Skills and Experience**
- Min. Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of customer order/supply chain management experience, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment.
- Strong customer service focus with positive mindset.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, coupled with good communication skills with the ability to work well with all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and yet collaborate and contribute as a team player.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office/ SAP/ Incoterms/ Export documentation would be an added advantage.
