For this role, we seek an outstanding Client Partner to join our Advertising Sales team to manage our agency sales initiatives in Singapore and Malaysia. We’re looking for someone with a consistent track record of revenue generation and a deep interest and passion for online media and innovation. We want someone who loves our product and knows how to sell creative solutions for clients and partners. You should be confident while staying humble and you work hard but know how to have fun. Above all, your work will change the way the world experiences audio and the way Brands connects with the Spotify users.

**What You'll Do**
- Focus on brand sell, educating and encouraging our agencies and/or advertisers to use Spotify to improve their business.
- Sell display advertising (video, mobile, programmatic), audio formats, and other ad space to grow advertising revenue by building, sustaining, and growing a dedicated book of business with media agencies, creative agencies and clients directly.
- Work across multiple agency departments, e.g., programmatic, offline, and digital branded content and innovation teams, to deliver successful and effective campaigns.
- Monitor and implement potential upsell and retention opportunities.
- Partner with internal marketing, brand partnerships, and label relations teams to increase revenue for Spotify and our partners.
- Conduct industry analysis and preparing sales and customers materials.
- Translate audience data into insights and outstanding selling points using a broad range of 3rd party data sources (GWI, ComScore, or similar) in close collaboration with Business Marketing and other functions.
- Respond to RFPs and deliver outstanding media proposals.
- Meet and exceed advertising revenue goals.
- Work with Account and Campaign Management team to monitor campaign performance, recommend optimisations, and ensure campaign delivery with business ready campaign reporting.
- Attend weekly internal sales meetings as required.
- Represent Spotify at events and always serve as a brand ambassador.

**Who You Are**
- You have at least 6+ years of experience in either media agency, media owner/publisher, client management or sales role.
- You have a solid understanding of the Singapore and Malaysia digital media marketplace and the existing relationship with all levels of the agencies; direct brands will be a major plus point.
- You have knowledge of online, offline media and can be creative with audio and digital client solutions.
- You are obsessed with customer satisfaction with proven ability to build internal and external relationships.
- You possess the ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines.
- You are analytical with proven track record to think strategically and creatively.
- You have dexterity in creating reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote; experience of Salesforce, DSM and DFP is a plus.
- You are a strong great teammate, inquisitive, adapt well with change and have a positive attitude.
- You have strong negotiation skills, able to present effectively and close the deal.
- Lastly, you can work in a fast-paced, exciting environment, across external and internal teams to deliver creative and fresh campaigns.
