**Then come and join our global team as AP Regional Business Performance & Reporting Specialist to be responsible for controlling and reporting activities for our Ultrasound business in Asia Pacific.**
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- You will focus on controlling & reporting activities (RHQ P&L, Balance Sheet, FTE planning and controlling, SG&A bridges, Sales Reporting, Evaluating cost structures and Revenue Streams) and special / ad-hoc topics
- You will collaborate with zones to gather and analyze financial information
- You will drive the required business analysis and related process for making recommendations to make performance improvements (e.g., reduce expenses, increase revenue, and maximize efficiency)
- You will develop and implement reporting of key management information (MI) ensuring data integrity and timely communication to the management and key stake holders
- You will develop performance benchmarks for zones and monitor performance against these
- You are aware of trends / new digital tools that will enhance overall performance and introduce them within the zone
- You will support in assessment of market data and trends
- You will support in process streamlining and automation
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- Successfully completed a degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
- Past experience as a financial Performance & Reporting Specialist, or similar
- Understanding of business finance terms, process, and management
**Your attributes and skills**:
- You are highly collaborative, interacting cross-functionally with several departments of the business
- You work with our latest technology and therefore be willing to learn about new software tools and hardware solutions
- You have experience in a fast-paced, highly analytical, entrepreneurial environment
- You possess in-depth knowledge of financial analysis, models, and forecasts
- You have excellent collaboration and communication skills
- You are very good presentation skills and superb attention to detail
- You possess good analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- You possess intermediate to advance Microsoft Office Skills (i.e., Excel, Power BI etc.)
- You have flexibility in resolving issues and addressing changing priorities
