Reporting to the Head of Fulfilment, the primary duties of this role is to timely update and generate daily reports to stakeholders.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and involve in end-to-end fulfilment process including order creation, packing, documentation, release and scheduling of deliveries.
- Involve in warehouse operations from inbound, outbound, reverse logistics and housekeeping.
- Perform data analysis and reporting of operation processes and identify areas of improvement.
- Responsible to identify customer order data issues between systems and perform some preliminary investigation before escalating to relevant parties
- Co-ordinate the flow of information between customers, warehouse and delivery team concerning status of orders/ delivery arrangements and wrong orders.
- Active participation in meetings.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by the fulfillment head.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in business/administration.
- Relevant experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and attend to English and Mandarin speaking customers’ orders and ensure timely dispatch of orders.)
- Ability to type in Chinese to manage Chinese correspondences.
- Good organisational skills and communication skills.
- A team player able to interact with all levels of staff.
- Cheerful personality with can-do spirit.
- Proficient in google forms and google sheet.
- Familiar with the usage of various messaging platforms like whatsapp, telegram etc.
- Singaporeans only.

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
