**As a Sales Business Associate, you will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas**:
1. **Relationship Building**: Cultivate enduring professional relationships with customers based on trust and mutual benefit, resulting in positive outcomes.

2. **Professional Presence and Communication**: Create impactful presentations for senior management and investors. Communicate with customers effectively by actively listening and demonstrating genuine interest in their messages.

3. **Market Trends and Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer behavior, analyze competitors, evaluate macroeconomic factors, and identify target product segments.

4. **Business Acumen**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, lead generation, and relationship-building with key stakeholders.

5. **Customer-Centric Approach**: Persuade, influence, and impress others to support specific objectives. Identify common ground and negotiate win-win solutions.

6. **Competency and Resilience**: Maintain focus and positivity under pressure, quickly rebound from setbacks, and demonstrate self-control in challenging situations.

7. Drive sales, renewals and overall growth of business, securing sustainable and long-term pipeline, revenue opportunities, while keeping an accurate forecasting and maintain customer relationships.

8. Develop a strategic understanding of customer's industry/ business/ markets/ clusters.

**Job Requirements**:
Demonstrated proficiency in market research, strategic planning and analysis

Strong capabilities in data synthesis, analysis, and presentation

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments

Ambitious mindset with a focus on surpassing challenging targets and KPIs

Willingness to challenge conventional practices and embrace innovative problem-solving approaches

Dedication to customer-centricity, prioritizing customer needs above all else

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $4,150.00 - $8,150.00 per month
