**What the role is**
- You are the hospitality ambassador of the National Museum and its sister museums Changi Chapel and Museum, and Reflections at Bukit Chandu. You are tasked to ensure our visitors enjoy their time at the museums and leave with a positive and lasting impression. You are responsible for visitor experience management across all the visitor touch points at the museums, oversee ticketing and revenue collection processes, manage a team of hospitality staff, volunteer management and also provide visitor reports and analytics. You are a team player who has a keen interest in the museum and heritage sector and would like to contribute to this vibrant and growing industry.

**What you will be working on**
- Support visitor services and operations across all the visitor touch points at the museums, including but not limited to front counter and gallery services, volunteer management, and visitor information on the museums’ digital channels - Work with a team of hospitality staff, comprising both visitor services officers and gallery sitters - Work with volunteers to support a wide range of museum operations including conducting guided tours and providing visitor services - Ensure smooth visitor access to the museums, clear way-finding and ease of use of features and facilities within the museums - Promote exhibitions and programmes to visitors in the museums - Monitor and implement ticketing and visitor analytics systems to ensure ease of issuing admission tickets and tracking visitor entries - Provide regular reports and analytics on visitor numbers and patterns to the museums and various galleries/exhibitions - Handle visitor feedback and provide service recovery - Facilitate adhoc requests and group visits to the museums - Administrative and financial management as necessary

**What we are looking for**
- Preferably at least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the hospitality and/or arts and heritage sectors - Strong leadership, highly independent, resourceful - Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and development skills - Self-motivated, results orientated and full of drive - Able to confidently cultivate positive relationship with advocates and volunteers for the museum - Able to work irregular hours when required
