Customer Service Associate

As part of the Customer Service team you are required to communicate with our customers in a timely and professional manner through our inhouse online chat and/or phone call system. This involves assisting customers with information they may require which may include some sales related pitching to convince them to engage our services.
This role involves accurate data entry, effective communication skills, cohesive teamwork and multitasking to manage the large volume of daily inquiries. Speed and accuracy is of essence and knowledge with programs such as Google Sheet is necessary to ensure proper record of data and a smooth handover of follow-ups.
Being a serviced oriented department, your daily appointments contribute directly to the revenue and growth of the company and is the main success indicator of the incentives program.
Car knowledge is advantageous but not necessary as training will be provided.
- Reply all customers within stipulated timing
- Complete each stage of our work flow during the day
- Ensure all reports and documents are up to date and accurate
- Working experience with PC or MAC
- Working experience with Google Docs or Sheets
- High attention to details
- Customer Service Oriented
- Able to adapt to fast-paced changes
- Collaborative, astute, and a team player
- Interest in cars and the car industry is advantageous
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
