Senior Executive, HR Business Partner

**6 months contract (Convertible to Perm), West**:
- **At least 5 years of experience as HRBP, comfortable working with numbers/analytical work and presenting to internal/external stakeholders**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with Group HR teams and other Site HR Business Partners to deliver a full spectrum of HR services to the assigned departments.
- Provide guidance to Line Managers on performance management related matters, resolve ER issues and address grievances.
- Participate in leadership meetings and proactively provide inputs to the development of business and operational plans/ initiatives.
- Work effectively and achieve synergies in various processes concerning our performance appraisal exercises, mass salary reviews and bonus exercises, recognition and development award nominations, budget exercises etc.
- Monitor and report on manpower and succession planning.
- Develop a keen understanding of business/ function needs and objectives, analyse trends and metrics so as to provide effective HR solutions to the stakeholders.
- Proactively identify gaps in the existing processes, propose and drive changes necessary to establish good HR practices.
- Partner with COEs and other partners to develop and strengthen the managerial and leadership capabilities and succession pipeline in the organization.
- Operationalise strategic work plans and programmes in an efficient and effective manner and within resources, budget and timelines.
**Requirements**:
- Good Degree in Business or HR Management with at least 5 years of relevant working experience as a HR Business Partner.
- Comfortable working with numbers, performing analysis, preparing proposals and presenting to internal/external stakeholders.
- Comfortable with partnering senior leaders on people matters.
- Ability to focus on the finer details while maintaining oversight of the broad objectives.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills with the ability to analyse and present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Reliable and flexible, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Takes initiative and is able to work independently while also being an effective team player.
