Digital Sales Enablement Manager

**Job Summary**
If you are a Digital Customer Experience professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you Based in our Singapore location, you will be responsible for crafting and leading the strategic digitalization of our customer engagement experience and the sales ecosystem. This coordinated approach across digital channels will deliver reach and complement the move to digital while delivering high impact sales conversations and touchpoints. You will set the scope of digital tools, roadmaps, resources and sales strategies to successfully implement the overall vision. Additionally, this role will work closely with sales and digital leaders across the organization to ensure we are capturing growth, engaging customers in innovative ways, and delivering overall customer satisfaction.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Developing and implementing the multichannel digital engagement strategy of the overall customer experience plan
- Understanding the customer vision to align digital engagements with the paths of our clients base to optimize sales interactions
- Delivering key features and priorities for digital tools, CRM system and other aspects of the digital engagement program in accordance with sales teams
- Updating changes to digital tool’s architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve results
- Delivering metrics and leverage data insights to optimize digital and marketing programs
- Providing recommendations and implement strategies for content development in coordination with digital sales goals
- Understanding and sharing best practices to describe the processes and techniques that could best be applied to digital sales

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, engineering, IT, and/or business-related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills with ability to lead colleagues by influence and comfortably engage sales and customers
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization to meet achievements
- Shown success in leading digital engagement strategies for a B2B manufacturing company
- Familiar with digital intelligence including PowerBI, SEO, marketing technology, and Microsoft Office
