**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing equipment and materials from various vendors.
- Coordinate purchasing activities across multiple projects.
- Prepare and consolidate reports of purchases and perform cost analysis.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery and monitor stock levels of inventory items.
- Any additional duties assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in any relevant technical field such as construction, engineering and IT.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and systems will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage suppliers, establish and process contracts.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and show attention to detail.
