**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the APAC Warehouse & Distribution team
- Implement best practices across all APAC Warehouse & Distribution (10 sites and growing fast) with the goal of continuously improving order cycle time, inventory accuracy and cost metrics.
- Responsible for sourcing and implementing a WMS across APAC sites
- Plan and lead the expansion of our distribution network to support the company's hyper-growth
- Manage 3rd party logistic vendors by implementing and enforcing strict performance SLAs
- Collaboratively work with other units such as Procurement, Transport, Retail Ops teams to build and harmonise processes across the whole supply chain
- Maximise cost savings and minimise product shortages, product defects and wrong shipments

**Requirements**:

- Have at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) or Top Consulting company
- Proven Project management experience, preferably in Warehousing
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing/Ops Management concepts is a plus
- Self-initiative, hands-on problem solver, and result driven
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders
- Operational excellence mindset, with supreme attention to detail
- Tech savvy, previous experience in implementation of WMS preferred
- Great communication skills both written and verbal in English
