IT Specialist

**Duties**:

- Manages work assigned to multi-disciplinary IT team(s) and/or technical specialists to research, analyze, identify, and diagnose sources of service interruptions and develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future interruptions.
- Develops, implements, and tracks project plans, project activities and milestones, and communicates project updates.
