As we continue our ambitious growth trajectory, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Associate to join our team.

**Role Overview**:
As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations globally across all offices, including the US, UK, Germany, India, and Singapore. This position is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in operations, HR, finance, or an administrative role who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, managing and optimizing processes that are vital to the company’s success as we scale rapidly.

**You will**
- ** Global HR & Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain and optimize HR platforms like Deel and Ashby to support operations across regions.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution globally.
- Work with payroll providers in each region to ensure tax compliance and insurance payments made in a timely manner.
- ** Global Sales Operations**
- Track and manage sales commissions across teams in different locations, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Support global sales teams by providing operational assistance and maintaining reports.
- ** Expense & Operational Management**
- Oversee expense tracking, approvals, and reconciliation across all Flagright offices.
- Manage vendor relationships and payment schedules in various countries.
- ** General Operational Support**
- Streamline workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements that can scale globally.
- Provide direct operational support to the CEO and collaborate with teams across our offices to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

**Your profile**
- Experience working at startups or scale-ups is a must.
- 2+ years of full-time experience in operations, HR coordination, or similar administrative roles.
- Proven ability to manage and execute tasks across global teams or regions.
- Ability to work under pressure and perform in demanding environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in operational tools (e.g., Deel, Ashby) or a fast learner with a willingness to adopt new platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable.
- A problem solver who thrives in a global, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
