- Create client specific KYC related analysis by performing Customer Due Diligence.
- Proficient in problem solving and understanding complexed transactions and structures among various corporate entities.
**Operations Associate Responsibilities**:
- Performing daily administrative duties, etc.
- Supporting the management with the enforcement of company policies and standards.
- Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues.
- Maintaining company databases.
**Compliance/Operations Associate Requirements**:
- Diploma/University Degree.
- Experience in a operational role in a licensed Fund Management Company.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a fund management environment
- Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn
- Strong business acument.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong dispute resolution and effective problem-solving skills
- Proven teamwork skills
- Ability to work in changing, fast-paced work environment
