**Job Description**:
**Position Overview**

We are seeking passionate and versatile Management Intern(s) to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the startup ecosystem, supporting our incubation and acceleration programs while assisting with business development, digital marketing, events, and operations for both Innforge and our portfolio companies.

**Responsibilities**

Venture Support & Business Development
- Support portfolio companies with market research, competitive analysis, and business strategy.
- Help prepare pitch decks, business proposals, and investor presentations.
- Participate in mentoring sessions and provide feedback to startup founders.

Digital & Social Marketing
- Create engaging content for social media platforms to showcase Innforge and our portfolio companies.
- Assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns for upcoming programs and events.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
- Support content creation for website, newsletters, and success stories of portfolio companies.

Event Management
- Assist in planning and organizing pitch days, demo days, workshops, and networking events.
- Coordinate with mentors, investors, partners, and startup founders.
- Help with event promotion and attendee communication.
- Support on-site event operations and post-event follow-ups.

Program Operations
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks of incubation and acceleration programs.
- Help maintain a database of startups, mentors, and investors.
- Support documentation of program activities and impact metrics.
- Contribute to improving program frameworks and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Tech-savvy with good working knowledge of IT systems and digital platforms.
- Experience with digital marketing and building engaged online communities.
- Proficient in social media management tools and content creation.
- Strong interest in startups and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
