Manage all incoming calls enquiry from internal and external customers
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction by providing accurate, valid, and complete
information using right methods/ tools
- Build sustainable relationship and trust with Stakeholders with excellent communication skills
- Meet individual and team targets and take the extra mile to engage customers
- Handle feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits with effective follow
up resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Manage in-house reporting systems, create and order tracking and fulfilment of delivered quantity
- Consolidate daily counter sales collection
- Responsible for scheduling and plan department manpower deployment and roster
- Hands-on support for Order Processing Department and customer service operations
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior
**Requirements**:
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different situations
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and motivated towards self-directed learning
