**Introduction**

**Job Overview**:
As an Assistant Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the development of software solution projects. You will be the main point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring that their needs are gathered, and requirements are scoped accurately. Your leadership, communication, and project management skills will be crucial in coordinating and facilitating the work between our talented team of developers and designers. Your expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, coupled with a basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), will be instrumental in driving successful project deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with sales consultants to gather project requirements and scope.
- Plan project timelines and create detailed project plans.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to efficiently manage projects.
- Lead and motivate the development and design teams, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Source and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
- Maintain an understanding of basic technical aspects to facilitate smooth communication between the team and clients.
- Manage projects of varying complexity, ranging from small and straightforward to more complex enterprise solutions.
- Utilize Jira Software Management to enhance project tracking and efficiency.
- Work closely with the COO to improve project processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business management / business information technology / other related degrees.
- Entry Level welcome
- Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies with a basic understanding of SDLC.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Bonus: Basic technical knowledge or background in software development.
- Proven ability to handle both small, straightforward projects and more complex, challenging projects.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with exceptional customer relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira is a plus.
