**What you will be working on**
- In this role, you will be part of the team to exploit sport performance technology and business intelligence in data analytics to enhance athlete performance and build the sport development pipeline for Singapore. Sport performance analysis - Identify usefulness and relevancy of data points and assess accuracy and reliability in data quality for statistical analysis - Craft presentations and reports to convert raw data and statistical findings into actionable insights and effectively communicate them to coaches and athletes - Perform video analytics by building code windows; filming and tagging game videos; conducting notational and motion analysis; reviewing analysis with coaches; and conducting video review sessions for athletes with tactical break downs and analysis - Train coaches and athletes to use performance analysis and evidence based technical decision making in their training and competitions - Provide data, video and learning reports through the extraction and visualization of data sets that support the preparation and review of long-term athlete development plans Sport system development - Drive data analytics and sport technology projects to provide evidence-based insights for decision making at the system level and for priority sports - Design and implement the data architecture required to create a “single view of the athlete” across the sporting ecosystem in Singapore - Conduct system level analysis on athlete data and competition results across sports for talent identification and pipeline development Sport technology roadmap development - Develop a long term SportTech Roadmap for athlete performance and pathway/pipeline development - Conduct research into the latest sport technology trends and products - Support the SportSG SportTech Taskforce to track implementation of key SportTech projects and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders
