**What you will be working on**
- In this role, you will be part of the team to clean, organise, transform, and structure data sets related to sport performance and management for use data analytics to enhance athlete performance and build the sport development pipeline for Singapore.
The following roles and responsibilities of the Staff is summarised as follows:
1. Converting, cleaning, and re-structuring data into usable formats.
2. Execute the data strategy within each division in SSI.
3. Work with each division or department to build a data catalogue and dictionary to locate and stock-take data sources.
4. Deliver accurate and actionable data to business analysts.

**What we are looking for**
- We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.

- Background in Engineering, Data/Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with database management language and scripting language (e.g. SQL, R, Python)
- Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Security
- Experience in scraping, ETL, cloud infrastructure is a good to have.
- Willingness and perseverance to perform daily tasks
