**What you will be working on**
- Job Responsibilities - Reports to the Director of Performance Technology Division and collaborates with other technical teams in delivering services and projects. - Lead the digital and data related activities for a High performance Sports systems in Singapore Sport Institute and Sport Development Group - Partner with SportSG’s business teams to elicit business needs through human-centric, visual methods such as service journeys and develop the appropriate business case and promote technology solutions - Manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains, especially around setting delivery expectations of quality and scope and communicating progress - Be an active member of the Sport Technology Task force to develop a roadmap for delivery and integration of Sport Technology projects across Sport Singapore - Coach/mentor staff, identify high potential talent and hone their capabilities, drive staff development opportunities, co-ordinate and integrate people efforts with the objective of attracting and retaining a motivated and high-performing team - Performs invoice/payment processing, budget forecast and expenditure tracking
