**Associate Director - Credit Solutions, Asia**

**What the day will look like**
- ** Client Management**: Handle account management and development for Credit Solutions clients across Asia, with a focus on Structured Credit and Political Risk.
- ** Broking Activities**: Manage transactions including (re)insurer placement, claims, invoicing, and client service. Leverage risk analytical and related expertise to provide better client outcomes.
- ** Business Development**: Generate new leads and opportunities in collaboration with colleagues.
- ** Commodities Industry Vertical**: Develop the Commodities Industry Vertical in collaboration with colleagues and aligned with the business plan.
- ** Strategic Engagement**: Support Aon United initiatives and align with the Aon 3x3 Action Plan, Client Promise, and Impact Model.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure full adherence to Aon and Monetary Authority of Singapore regulations and standards.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

- Industry IQ: Relevant competence in (i) client retention/growth strategies, (ii) structured credit insurance and (iii) industry knowledge, connectivity, and commercial awareness.
- Relationship & Communication: ability to build and leverage deep client, insurer and Aon relationships to understand goals and create best results.
- Language(s): English proficiency (oral / written). Mandarin and/or other languages beneficial.
- Technology: system literacy, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
