**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Role**:
As a Relationship Associate, you will work as part of a regional team in cultivating relationships with senior buy-side professionals and gathering the information that gives Coalition Greenwich its competitive advantage in the global consulting market. You will contribute to marketing strategies, and conduct interviews directly with decision makers at select corporations and financial institutions.

**The Ideal Profile**:
A tenacious, persistent and resourceful professional with three or more years’ experience in Financial Services

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop relationship with key decision makers at select priority buy-side institutions with the objective of securing participation in CG research studies
- Understand the information needs of these institutions and determine how CG can develop relevant research for them or refine/repackage existing research
- Service research requests from buy-side clients at these priority institutions in an effort to maintain their satisfaction, participation level and turn around refusals
- Track status of portfolio and enter collected data into firm’s system in a timely manner
- Conduct telephone/in person interviews
- Report back on trends in the market and interesting market-related feedback uncovered during the interviews
- Contribute to marketing campaign idea generation
**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Polytechnic graduate with at least 5 years working experience, and 2-3 years’ in Financial Services
- Excellent verbal communication and client relationship management skills
- Strong persuasion skills and ability to pro-actively sell benefits of study participation
- Self-motivated to achieve goals in a performance driven atmosphere
- Strong desire to learn about financial services and market research
- Inquisitive and approachable nature, possesses positive attitude
- Desire to work in a team environment, highly collaborative
