**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and service-driven **Client Relationship Associate**to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our global clients, particularly those who engage with us online. You will assist clients throughout the entire customer experience journey—from inquiry and onboarding to purchase execution and after-sales support—ensuring a seamless and trusted experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide clients through our services, products, and onboarding process
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, compliance) to fulfill client requests
- Prepare proposals and quotes, forms, transaction summaries and client reports
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups by using CRM system
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and assist in client retention efforts
- Support the sales team and online leads by responding quickly and professionally to any form of inquiry
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and client communications when needed

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in client servicing, sales, or relationship management (preferably in financial services, commodities, or private client sectors)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, agile team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Comfort with digital communication platforms and CRM tools
- Understanding of precious metals or investment markets is an advantage
