**Responsibilities**:

- Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality of project.
- Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
- Assess solutions proposed by any third party appointed project vendor to be robust and meet project requirements
- Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
- Technical expertise and know-how to challenge and evaluate if the proposed solutions can meet the end goal objectives
- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required;
- Track record in successful delivery of projects in any of the following sectors - Commercial, Healthcare and Finance & Banking
- Experience in managing a multi-vendor environment
- Knowledge and experience in technical services delivery and management, preferably ITIL or COMIT certified
- Knowledge and relevant experience in implementing and leading large scale infrastructure projects, particularly in the area of Workplace, Cloud Compute, Network and Security infrastructure
- Project Management Certifications such as CITPM or PMP or Agile related certification such as Certified Scrum Master is advantageous.
- Technical certifications in AWS, Azure, Cybersecurity is an added advantage
- Familiar with software tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence.
- At least 5 to 8 years of related project experience required.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
- Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
- Technology focused, self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite or related software.
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight timelines.
- Positive attitude, ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good competency of spoken and written English
