**Cost Estimation and Budgeting**: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for healthcare fit-out projects.
- **Tender Preparation**: Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and specifications for contractors.
- **Procurement**: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure cost-effective contracts.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor project costs, track variations, and ensure expenditures align with the approved budget.
- **Valuation of Work**: Conduct valuations for completed work and prepare progress claims, invoices, and payment certificates.
- **Contract Administration**: Manage contracts, including drafting agreements, reviewing terms, and resolving disputes.
- **Variation Management**: Assess, negotiate, and document variations and changes in project scope.
- **Final Accounts**: Prepare and settle final accounts for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- **Reporting**: Provide cost analysis and regular progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to Singapore building codes and healthcare-specific regulations.
- **Document Management**: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including cost reports, contracts, and correspondence.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a quantity surveyor in the M&E Electrical construction
- Excellent understanding of M&E Electrical construction contracts, cost estimation, and project management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement cost-effective solutions
- Proficient in using various quantity surveying software and tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior team members
- Detailed and meticulous.
- Able to work independently.
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
