Purchase Operation Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Procurement & Purchasing**
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective and quality products.
Ensure timely purchase of goods, materials, and services to support business operations.
Maintain vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
- **Logistics & Operations**
Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end logistics, including local and overseas shipments.
Ensure smooth supply chain operations to meet customer and business requirements.
Implement efficient processes for inventory, warehousing, and delivery management.
- **Manpower & Recruitment**
Manage staff deployment, scheduling, and resource planning to ensure operational efficiency.
Handle HR-related matters such as staff performance, training needs, and compliance with manpower regulations.
- **General Operations**
Assist in day-to-day office administration and operational matters.
Monitor budgets and operational costs to improve efficiency.
Provide management with regular reports on purchasing, logistics, and manpower activities.
- Handle Social Media platform
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or operations management.
- Strong understanding of manpower planning and recruitment processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
