This position reports to the director and interfaces with marketing and sales staff. This position plays a pivotal role in sourcing, managing, and curating the company's products and brands. This role oversees the buying process, forecasting inventory demands and trends, and negotiating with suppliers and factories. This role is also involved in the management of product catalogue and price books across sales channels. This position would be most suited for a self-motivated and meticulous team player who is able to commit to working in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Overseeing new product sourcing and coordinating production of private label products Listing of new products and updating product catalogue with visuals and pricing data
- Placing order forecasts, reorders and stock replenishments and coordination with suppliers and vendors
- Preparing purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and monitoring accounts payable.
- Measuring the effectiveness of the change in visual merchandising displays and product assortment for retail and e-commerce
- Evaluating sales performance of products by category and by sales channels and implement sales and marketing action plans
- Organising information for negotiations with suppliers, marketing partners and wholesale accounts.
- Coordinating and managing freight quotes, inbounding outbounding shipments

**Requirements**:

- Possess keen eye for aesthetics, purchasing intuition and always updated on consumer shopping and industry trends
- Experience in purchasing and marketing for consumer brands or work in FMCG industry
- Experience in supply chain management and logistics operations / marketing operations
- Familiarity with B2B customer service, sales documentation and processes
- Familiarity with E-Commerce Platforms / Seller Centre Platforms
- Highly organised and meticulous with managing data and numbers
- Possess analytical skills for regular review of product performance, inventory quality and updates in buying strategy
- Hands-on team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills

**Technical Skills and Competencies**

Microsoft Office Excel, Google Suite & Office, Adobe Photoshop Basic

Familiarity with Wordpress, Shopify, Salesforce, Xero, E-Commerce Platforms, CRM software would be a major advantage
