JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and understand buyers’ shipping requirements and ensure compliance in all shipping documentation and procedures
- Provides shipping support and knowledge to management, merchandising and production teams.
- To understand all description and shipping requirements to facilitate correct information transfer to bulk shipment.
- Prepare all shipping documents for sample shipments of all brands.
- Assist & support the Shipping Manager in monitoring and ensuring the account ownership and workload and workflow distribution within the team is smoothly executed and achieve good KPI.
- To liaise with the different departments on the day-to-day work.
- Maintain updated invoicing records for management, ensure prompt updating of submission for payment
- Work closely with all HODs to achieve our Sales target and buyers’ requirements and KPI.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience or exposure to import, export or shipping procedures would be an added advantage.
- Diploma or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Additional leave

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Shipping & receiving: 1 year (preferred)
