We are now looking for a strategic and creative thinker to join our marketing team as Solution Marketing Manager, APAC. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development team to drive business growth through aligned marketing and sales programs that support regional priorities and goals.

You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively position Axis’ solutions in the market. This includes crafting compelling product positioning, analyzing market research and trends, and translating insights into impactful marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand. You will also collaborate closely with Business Development teams and execute targeted solution campaigns at the APAC level, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and strategies.

You will also need to work closely with sales, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives, customer needs, and market trends. Ultimately, the goal is to drive solution awareness and business growth by showcasing how Axis' solutions solve customer challenges and support Digital Transformation of customers in order for them to achieve Operational Efficiency, also security and/or safety.

This is a results-driven, impactful role at a market leader in network video, access control and audio solutions, developing in Cloud based solutions, AI and Business Intelligence solutions, with an End-to-End approach.

What you'll do:

- Solution Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with Business Development and Solution Marketing teams to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Cloud-based solutions, AI, and Business Intelligence. Focus on an end-to-end approach that aligns with customer needs and market trends to drive business growth
- Customer-Centric Solution Messaging: Craft clear, impactful messaging for Axis solutions that resonate with target customers. Highlight key benefits, competitive advantages, and unique selling points to strengthen Axis’ value proposition in the marketplace.
- End-to-End Awareness & Demand Generation Campaigns: Design and lead strategic marketing campaigns that generate awareness, engage customers, and drive demand. Focus on creating a seamless customer journey that delivers high-value solutions at every touchpoint.
- Market Insights and Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities. Leverage insights to identify growth opportunities, refine messaging, and ensure solutions meet evolving customer demands.
- Content Creation and Collaboration: Partner with global teams to develop and produce content that aligns with campaign objectives and clearly communicates the value of Axis solutions. Oversee the creation of various marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and brochures, tailored to customer pain points and aspirations.
- Campaign Performance and Continuous Improvement: Track, measure, and analyse campaign performance to gauge effectiveness. Utilize data to optimize strategies, enhance customer engagement, and continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Alignment with Sales and Product Teams: Work closely with BD, sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with Solutions launches and sales objectives. Develop tools and resources to empower the sales team and drive customer conversions.
