Business Operations Director, Apac

**Your Job**
The Sr. Director of Business Operations, APAC Region will lead and optimize the overall business operations function to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and growth. This role will work closely with senior leadership and key global stakeholders to align with APAC's business operations with the organization's strategic objectives and vision. The Sr. Director will be responsible for leading our business operation's team to ensure efficient execution of business plans. These functions include overseeing Project Management, Quality Management, and Sales Operations functions.

**What You Will Do**
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve overall business performance, including identifying and implementing process improvements, reducing waste, and increasing productivity.
- Establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently. Further, they also ensure optimal utilization of resources and help businesses achieve strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align sales operations initiatives with the organization's overall strategic objectives and vision.
- Manage cross-functional projects to improve the end-to-end customer journey and ensure operational excellence.
- Connection to S&OP and manufacturing leaders globally.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales operations initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure they meet or exceed targets.
- Provide leadership through influence in support of the business and with HR to identify, attract, and retain competitively advantaged global talent.
- Actively participate in the advancement of our culture, built of contribution motivated employees, utilizing our Five Dimensions to create superior value consistent with the KES & ET&S vision.
- Develop and implement change management plans ensuring the successful adoption of operational improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align operational and process improvement initiatives with the organization's overall strategic objectives and vision.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with process improvement initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure they meet or exceed targets.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Experience working in a technical leadership role in an industrial, manufacturing, and/or an engineered-to-order environment.
- Experience in product development, new product introduction, process development, global project management & manufacturing
- Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and process redesign.
- Experience with P&L accountability.
- Experience originating and commercializing products.

- Application of process improvement methodologies deployed through Principle Based Management frameworks, ie. Leveraging Economic Thinking, Embracing Change, Seeking Mutual Benefit and Knowledge.
