As a Virtual Sales Coordinator specializing in Presales, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by efficiently managing various pre-sales activities and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work remotely to provide comprehensive assistance to the sales department and prospective clients, aiding in the successful conversion of leads into customers. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a virtual environment will be essential to excel in this role.

**Job Scope & Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Qualification and Research:

- Collaborate with the sales team to review and qualify leads generated through various channels.
- Conduct preliminary research on potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and industry trends.

2. Proposal and Presentation Preparation:

- Assist in the creation of customized sales proposals, presentations, and sales collateral tailored to the needs of individual prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposals.

3. Product and Service Knowledge:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.

4. Communication and Follow-up:

- Follow up on leads and provide timely responses to client queries, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

5. Sales Support:

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
- Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.

6. Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings to provide insights to the sales team.

7. Virtual Collaboration:

- Work effectively in a remote/virtual environment, utilizing digital tools for communication, collaboration, and task management.

8. Reporting:

- Prepare regular reports detailing lead generation, conversion rates, and other relevant sales metrics.

9. Training and Development:
Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge, sales skills, and virtual communication capabilities

**Proposed Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales coordination, pre-sales support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Strong customer-centric approach and interpersonal skills.
