As a Process Improvement Associate within the Credit Documentation team in Global Services Credit Product Delivery Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic transformation and process improvement initiatives related to the end-to-end transaction execution and document management process - transaction execution, document preparation, negotiation, execution, collection & retention across Asia Pacific.

**Job responsibilities**
- Drive process improvement by mapping and analyzing the end-to-end documentation process to scope problems, determine root causes, followed by formulating actionable recommendations, designing solutions, and quantifying operational benefits.
- Drive creation and alignment of target state documentation management process vision and roadmap, including impact assessments, change management and communication plans.
- Support the multi-year implementation of document management solution(s) across the Credit Product Delivery teams in Asia Pacific in partnership with the Product, Technology, Legal, Credit Risk and Banking teams.
- Support the delivery of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Program for all documentation management process improvement initiatives & the Post Implementation Review (PIR) Program in evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions over time, identify and propose recommendations for strategic transformations.
- Design, develop and implement simple and/or semi-complex intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and/or Alteryx.
- Develop content to provide periodic updates to senior management & business partners regarding project milestones and recommendations to facilitate decision-making.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 6 years of experience including 4 years financial services experience with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in process improvement and/or change management roles.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to handle multiple competing priorities.
- Flexible and willing to accept changes in business priorities and challenges in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) required

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Sound understanding of corporate lending and/or trade finance products, and credit/legal documentation and associated processes is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions e.g., UiPath, Alteryx, etc., is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model solutions is preferred.
- Experience in project management tools and methodologies is preferred.
