About the Lark APAC Marketing Team The Lark APAC (ex-China, ex-Japan) Marketing Team is focused on increasing Lark's brand exposure, conveying Lark's value proposition and ensuring best-in-class demand generation activities. This includes developing & implementing field & digital marketing activities as well as branding & communication efforts to increase visibility and brand recognition as well as generating marketing qualified leads in the industries and countries within APAC. **Responsibilities**: - Oversee development and execution of the overall marketing & communications strategy, driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and supporting revenue growth. - Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. - Identify target customer segments and develop data-driven marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage the target audience. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales enablement programs, ensuring alignment of marketing and sales strategies. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation. - Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and report on marketing ROI to the executive team. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, media partners, and strategic alliances to enhance brand positioning and drive thought leadership. - Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all stakeholders, fostering brand advocacy. - Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and report on marketing and branding ROI to the executive team. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, media partners, and strategic alliances to enhance brand positioning and drive thought leadership initiatives. - Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to drive business growth. - Keep up-to-date with Lark's product roadmap, and understand the latest functionalities and future offerings - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide recommendations for enhancing our partner enablement programs - Be an ambassador for Lark tools and values at all times - Proven track record of at least 15 years in strategic marketing & communication roles, including 5+ years of people leadership, preferably in the SaaS industry. Previous experience working in hypergrowth startups & scale-ups across different geographies and cultures. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams. - Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing & communication strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth. - Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategies that drive brand awareness and equity. - Strong understanding of effective communications strategies, including PR, media relations, and internal communications. - Deep understanding of SaaS marketing, including demand generation, product positioning, pricing, and sales enablement. - Solid experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation. - Familiarity with brand tracking and measurement tools to assess brand health and make data-driven decisions for brand optimization. - Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. - Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovation. - Possess a "start-up mindset": go-getter personality with the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a rapidly evolving product, organization and market - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage
