About the Role

The role is responsible for assisting the Head of Sales Initiatives with agency business support functions; and responsible for developing workflows for smooth implementation of various agency processes.

AOI: Agency Office Improvement
- Manage and oversee the AOI framework
- Working closely with the Location on its administration including AOI agreement, renovation, refurbishment and office move
- Manage the tracking of production credits & BA and provide agency office reporting
- Manage all communication related to Agency Office Space Management
- Support the implementation of new space initiatives

Appeals Management
- Collate appeals, check and verify appeal info, summarise the appeals information and provide recommendation to the HOD
- Liaise with relevant depts for the downstream actions/ execution of appeals

Agency Sales Challenges
- Design, develop and execute the tracking of agency sales challenges
- Provide insights and evaluation on Sales challenge effectiveness
- Prepare business proposals and financial projections
- Execute the Sales challenges (e.g. vendor selection/onboarding, drive activities and fulfillment of sales challenges)
- Provide observation and recommendations for justification for all challenges launched

Agents Contract Maintenance Management
- Manage the agency contract maintenance
- Collate appeals, check and verify appeal info, summarise the appeals information and provide recommendation to the HOD
- Manage the communication to the agents and leaders

Credit Control of Active Agency Force
- Review & manage the monthly credit outstanding from the active agents

Post Customer Campaigns Monitoring/ Review & Clawback
- Manage the communication to agents and leaders
- Manage the appeals for the clawback

Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in Life Insurance preferably in Agency channel management

Specific Skills (Knowledge, skills and competencies/ abilities)
- Knowledge of life insurance industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient communications skills to effectively explain policies with Tied Distribution force and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen skills with analytical curiosity with an eye for detail to make recommendations.
- Self-learner and hands on to trouble shoot and problem solved challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
