Global Partner, Talent Management

WS Audiology is seeking a Global Partner, Talent Management (TM) to build and implement strategies that will ensure we continue to develop and retain exceptional talent. Reporting into the Chief HR Officer, this Senior Manager role will lead TM by designing programs that create long-term career opportunities for our employees while driving organizational performance. He/Shewill be responsible for the strategy, design and execution of talent programs and foster a healthy workplace that helps us achieve our business objectives and maintain an equal employment opportunity environment.
The breadth of responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following technical and functional areas:
- Conceptualize talent frameworks, strategies and solutions to support business talent needs and drive talent engagement.
- Work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders across the group to coordinate key talent development initiatives across talent reviews, performance management and promotion to drive a high performing culture.
- Support the group leaders in succession planning, to identify, groom and position high potential talents for leadership positions and specialist roles.
- “Future-proof” the group competency framework to maintain relevancy in the skillsets of our high performing workforce.
- Partner with the Business and HRBPs to understand their specific workforce strategy, diagnose our needs, identify capability & talent gaps, and collaborate to find solutions/outcomes to close the gaps.
- Take an inquisitive and consultative approach in partnership with TA, HRBP and DEI.
- Partner with HRBP teams around the world to drive effective mentoring, sponsorship and coaching programs.
- Responsible for creating measurable talent analytics, establish KPI’s to evaluate the impact and success of talent programs and adjust strategy based on insights.
- Coordinate the building of talent pipelines including graduate and global mobility programs for the Top 200.
- Be the Talent expert for the HR COE and provide expertise, deep business context, and direction to members of the HR COE when working together to solve challenges across the employee lifecycle and when helping shape enterprise program delivery.
Experience
- 10 years HR experience incl. 5 years delivering talent strategy and tactics in a matrixed and multinational environment.
- Experience creating and implementing programs focused on the development of employees at scale (e.g. onboarding, talent planning, performance management, leadership development, internal mobility, high performer retention, learning & development, succession planning).
- Experience in management or HR consulting is highly preferred.
