Associate Director, Alternative Investments

Our client is a private fund investment manager with the focus to establish and offer private funds investing in both mainstream and alternative real estate asset classes.
With a focus on fast growing sectors in Asia Pacific, our client is looking for an Associate Director, Alternative Investments to be a part of their dynamic team
Self motivated and proactive, you will identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities which include preparing board papers and financial models.
You will project manage investment and divestment processes which include participation in both bidding and bilateral/off -market transactions.
Responsible for the structuring and executing of deal acquisitions, you will be adept in managing both internal and external stake holders.
Apart from underwriting deals, conducting feasibility studies, due diligence and cashflow analysis - you will conduct and coordinate legal and financial due diligences for assets to be acquired.
Armed with at least 8 years of relevant experience in real estate investment and asset management, you will be responsible for the AUM and its performance.
**Other requirements**:
- Degree in Accountancy, Business, Real Estate Management or equivalent from a good university
- Prior experience in investment management
- Good writing and communication skills
- Strong verbal, financial modelling and presentation skills
- Team player yet Independent and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Driven and Results oriented.
