We welcome energetic and creative individuals to be part of this ambitious journey with us. **About the Role**: We are hiring a **Director of Fund Management**to support the growth of Alta’s licensed fund management platform. In this role, you will play a key part in structuring fund products, engaging with investors, and supporting capital raising initiatives alongside internal teams and external partners. This is a great opportunity for a commercially-minded professional with experience in fund structuring, investor relations, and private markets to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. **Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include**: - ** Drive AUM Growth**: Assist in designing and launching new fund products aligned with investor demand. - ** Fundraising & Distribution**: Maintain and develop relationships with LPs, family offices, and institutional partners. Support capital raising efforts across fund vehicles. - ** Platform Leadership**: Help oversee the fund management business unit, ensuring compliance while scaling operational and commercial capabilities. - ** Product Development**: Work with investment, legal, and sales teams to structure innovative funds — including feeder funds, co-investment vehicles, and RWA-backed strategies. - ** Investor Engagement**: Oversee investor onboarding, capital calls, and regular fund reporting to ensure a high-quality LP experience.**‍**: - ** Strategic Partnerships**: Support efforts to expand distribution through brokers, wealth managers, banks, and digital platforms.**‍**: - ** Governance & Compliance**: Serve as the Licensed Representative for the fund management business, ensuring adherence to MAS and cross-border regulatory frameworks.**‍**: - ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with Alta’s Capital Markets, Product, and Exchange businesses to ensure fund strategies integrate with broader platform goals. **About You**: - 7-10 years of experience in fund management, investment platforms, or capital markets. - Familiarity with fund structuring, documentation, and investor engagement. - Exposure to private market investments such as private credit, private equity, or real-world assets. - Experience interacting with investors such as family offices, wealth managers, or institutional clients. - Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. - A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of digital platforms, tokenized assets, or alternative investment structures is a plus.
