At least 2 years of experience in retail sales environment
- Independent and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable to work weekends and PHs
- Willing and comfortable to learn about and handle spirits/tobacco, perfumes and cosmetics, kitchen appliances
- Preferably able to speak conversational Mandarin to converse with our Mandarin speaking customers, fluency in other languages is welcome.
- High achiever with proven sales track record

Customer Engagement
- Represent PromoPower’s brand management in selected stores to provide quality customer service to customers
- Proactively interact with adult customers to create brand awareness with the necessary tools and amenities provided. E.g. interactive iPad, tastings of selected spirits at the selected stores.
- Sharing of product knowledge and advising customers on the products available and what best suits them.

Merchandising
- Assist in the arrangement of PromoPower’s brand products management accordingly to prescribed plannogram to your best efforts
- Ensure correct price tagging of PromoPower’s brand products management are in the assigned areas
- Maintain and cleaning of the assigned areas
- Assisting in On-Going Promotion Matters - Monitoring of: Tasting Stocks/Cosmetics Samples, GWP, Lucky Draw (if applicable)

Reporting and Communication
- Reporting and communication of valuable information such as consumers’ feedback, market information, response to new product launched.
- Work with other PromoPower’s Brand Ambassadors on all day to day tasks
- Establish good working relationship with operator’s staff and PromoPower’s brand’s team
- Attend meeting & training as required by PromoPower’s brand representatives
- Report competitors' activities, sales opportunities, market information & consumer feedback to PromoPower’s brand products management when needed
- basic MS office skills to manage data and feedback submission as well as comfortable to access online learning tools/apps (e.g Zoom, Teams)
