About the role

Under the direction of the manager, a Brand Ambassador (BA) is responsible for the sales, marketing, and driving membership growth. A BA must show initiative, leading by example, and eagerly embraces Anytime Fitness' vision to create the best member experience possible.

Candidates should demonstrate a passion for the fitness industry, a keen attitude towards learning, and is highly driven to make sales commissions.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Roster scheduling
  • Conducting / Organising weekly classes
  • Trouble shooting and Problem-solving
  • Evaluating reports and improving sales performance
  • Developing community outreach programs
  • Working closely with a marketing manager to create effective marketing campaigns to improve sales performance
  • Oversee health and safety of staff and club members
  • Ensuring all members have a positive and fulfilling experience with Anytime Fitness

  • Ability to demonstrate exercises and conduct gym orientations

Job Type: Full-time. 44 hours per week. Only Singaporeans & PRs will be considered.

Salary: $2000 - $2200 /month excluding sales commissions

Experience: Sales experience is preferred but willingness to learn is more important.
