**Job Summary**:
The incumbent will be responsible of managing day-to-day warehouse activities in the warehouse, servicing ZOLL business in the targeted region. This includes goods receiving, incoming inspection, arranging and stacking of goods, Pick & Pack, liaising with dispatch and transport Service Providers, and assisting with Import Export activities.

**Essential Functions**:

- Responsible for Managing and leading team for daily warehouse activities, ensuring high level of productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Ability to effectively plan and utilities warehouse racking and resources
- Enforce proper protocol for Goods Receiving and inspection of incoming shipment/deliveries
- Perform accurate Goods Receiving and transactions via Oracle system
- Ensure FIFO during Pick & Pack and prepare for outbound shipment/deliveries
- Ensure all inventory records are updated and maintained
- Perform Monthly Cycle Count and Quarterly Stock Count
- Conduct daily warehouse inspection to maintain tidiness and cleanliness
- Good experience in SOP implementation, 5S and Risk Assessment.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned

**Required/ Preferred Education and Experience**:

- Minimum Diploma of logistics and or warehousing related
- 5-7 years working experience in warehouse and logistic environment, preferred
- Relevant background experience that would benefit incumbent in this role, preferred

**Skill Requirements**:

- Proven records in leading a team and ability to multitask
- Sound knowledge of operating Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Detail-oriented, independent, and hardworking
- Strong ethics & professional integrity required
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to excel with limited supervision, but willing and able to seek advice and guidance as and when required.
- Willingness to take ownership of task assigned and strive for continuous improvement
- Strong sense of teamwork and willing to help across different business functions when required

**Licenses and Certifications**:

- Able to operate MHE with Forklift license

**Physical Demands**:

- Able to lift products up to 10kg
